MediExpressNTX LLC provides medical courier services, including the transportation of medical specimens, equipment, and supplies for healthcare providers, laboratories, pharmacies, and related entities.

All services are subject to availability, service area limitations, and acceptance by MediExpressNTX LLC.

2. Service Requests and Scheduling

Clients may submit pickup and delivery requests through our website, by phone, or by email. Submission of a request does not guarantee service until confirmed by MediExpressNTX LLC.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. MediExpressNTX LLC is not responsible for delays or service failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees for services are disclosed prior to or at the time of service confirmation. By submitting a service request, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payments may be made online through third-party payment processors. MediExpressNTX LLC does not store full credit card information.

Late payments, returned payments, or disputed charges may result in service suspension or additional fees as permitted by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Properly package and label all items for transport

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Ensure medical specimens and materials are prepared in accordance with applicable safety and healthcare standards

• Disclose any special handling requirements prior to pickup

MediExpressNTX LLC does not provide medical advice and does not alter or inspect the contents of sealed packages.

5. HIPAA and Confidentiality

MediExpressNTX LLC may act as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We agree to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Texas medical privacy laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any PHI shared with MediExpressNTX LLC is authorized for transport.

6. Delivery Times and Liability

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

MediExpressNTX LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, accidents, mechanical issues, or acts of God.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, MediExpressNTX LLC’s liability for loss or damage to items is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the item or the amount paid for the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Items

Clients may not tender hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials unless explicitly approved in writing and compliant with all regulations.

MediExpressNTX LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any item that poses a safety, legal, or compliance risk.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or trips already in progress.

Refunds, if any, are issued at the discretion of MediExpressNTX LLC and in accordance with agreed service terms.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
