Pricing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This Pricing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy apply to all services provided by MediExpressNTX LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting or using our medical courier services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Pricing Policy

Service Rates

Pricing for medical courier services is based on several factors, which may include:

  • Distance and delivery location

  • Urgency level (standard, express, STAT)

  • Type, size, and weight of items transported

  • Special handling requirements (temperature control, fragile equipment, chain of custody)

  • After-hours, weekend, or holiday service

Rates are disclosed prior to service confirmation whenever possible. By approving a service request, you agree to the quoted rate.

Estimates

Any pricing estimates provided are non-binding and subject to adjustment if service details change. Additional fees may apply if actual service conditions differ from the information provided by the client.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept online payments through secure third-party payment processors. MediExpressNTX LLC does not store full credit card information.

Failure to remit payment may result in delayed service, suspension of future services, or additional fees as permitted by law.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Cancellations made before a courier is dispatched may not incur a fee or may incur a nominal administrative fee.

  • After dispatch: If a courier has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and mileage incurred.

  • In-progress deliveries: Once pickup has occurred, the service is considered in progress and is non-cancellable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

MediExpressNTX LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service due to safety concerns, compliance issues, inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with this policy.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Service was canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms above

  • Service could not be completed due to circumstances solely within our control

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or acts of God

  • Delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete client-provided information

  • Services already completed or substantially performed

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

5. Disputed Charges

Clients must notify MediExpressNTX LLC of any billing disputes within 10 business days of the charge. Failure to report a dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charge.

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve concerns promptly.

6. Service Modifications

Requests to modify service details after confirmation may result in adjusted pricing or additional fees. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by MediExpressNTX LLC.

7. Policy Updates

MediExpressNTX LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated effective date.
